1. Service Terms
A call-out fee of R450 applies to all service requests. This fee is waived if you accept our repair quote.
Final service charges will be based on the accepted quotation provided after diagnostic assessment.
Payment is required only after successful completion of repairs and your satisfaction with the service.
2. Warranty
Our repairs come with a workmanship guarantee.
The warranty period varies based on the type of repair performed and will be specified in your service documentation.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or new issues unrelated to the original repair.
3. Service Area
We service the greater Johannesburg area and surrounding regions.
Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our primary service area.
4. Appointments
We aim to provide same-day or next-day service based on availability.
If we're unable to keep an appointment, we'll notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.
5. Parts and Equipment
We use quality replacement parts that meet manufacturer specifications.
All parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
